  It usually takes 5-7 business days to East Asia; 7-12 business days to US; 7-15 business days to Australia, New Zealand,

  Canada and most of the European countries;

  2 to 4 weeks to Russia and most of other countries;

  More than one month to Brazil, Italy.

  Return Policy

  1. How do I return an existing item?

  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Green-Tea-Shop.com. You can return your item(s) for a full refund.

  Returns may be made for items but only un-opened. You have 30 days from the date of receipt of goods to return them to us.

  Contact the customer service at info@green-tea-shop.com before return the item(s).

  2. Who pay for the delivery charge?

  For defective and incorrect items, we pay for all the shipping charge;

  If the return is not a result of our fault, customers will be required to pay return shipping to China.

  3. When can I get my refund?
